Performance Enhancers for most industrial applications

Diamonizer® has been specifically formulated to reduce friction, converting sliding friction into rolling friction.  A truly revolutionary technological breakthrough in manufacturing has enabled us to produce rounded diamond-hard carbon ceramic particles (no sharp edges) under 0.04-micron size. 

These ceramic particles are suspended in a mineral or synthetic compatible oil base. The lubricants for the various applications are listed in this catalog.  The oil base acts as a delivery media to circulate Diamonizer®’s ceramic particles within the lubrication system.  The nanometer size of ceramic particles helps to increase the heat transfer capability of the lubricant thus reducing the operating temperature.

 Scientific Theories as they applies to most Diamonizer® applications:

  1. Diamonizer®  helps to eliminate the boundary lubricating conditions when the rubbing surfaces are separated from each other by a very thin film of lubricant. The ordinary layers of lubricant oil would slip over each other leaving the friction surfaces to work with inadequate amounts of lubrication or no lubrication at all. 

  2. Nanometer size carbon ceramics are also well known to scientists and engineers as heat transfer enhancers for dynamic fluids. This capability is especially beneficial for machinery known to have the cycling mode of operation such as compressors.

  3. Diamonizer® rounded ceramic particles are permanently embedded into the softer of two internal friction surfaces thus permanently converting the friction couple from metal-to-metal into ceramic-to-metal.

1.Diamonizer® Product Code RC-A is specifically formulated to quickly enhance the Ammonia Compressors performance and increase their life expectancy when used on a consistent basis.

The Product RC-A Working Concept


These ceramic particles are suspended in a oil base (compatible with any type of your favorite ammonia compressor mineral or synthetic oil).  The oil base acts as a delivery media to deliver RC-A’s ceramic particles to the compressor’s parts lubricated by the compressor’s oil system.

Nanometer size carbon ceramic particles are embedded into the friction surfaces of the compressor thus reducing internal friction (the friction between carbon ceramic and metal is, at a minimum, 20% lower than between two metals) and extending compressor life.  They also improve the heat transfer and load bearing capability of the compressor oil resulting in lower operating temperature and lower power consumption.

Typically ammonia compressors cycle many times throughout the day, and each time there is no oil on friction surfaces during startup.  Embedded carbon ceramic particles reduce starting torque (lesser coefficient of friction results in less wear) and the oil suspended particles help to minimize/eliminate the boundary lubrication period by improving oil performance during the startup period.

2.Diamonizer® Product Code GT is specifically formulated to quickly enhance gear transmission performance and increase its life expectancy when used on a consistent basis.

Working Concept

    There are two basic differences in product applications:

  1. Diamonizer® GT benefits when applied to gears that have similar tooth hardness:
    While the transmission is running, Diamonizer®’s round particles will get in between the transmission’s gears to work as super small ball bearings.  This reduces the pressure exerted by the gears on the film of lubricant between the meshed teeth of the gears; thus reducing loss of friction and improving the efficiency of the transmission.

  2. Diamonizer® GT benefits when one gear is made from softer material (bronze, etc.) while another gear is made from steel (hardened steel):
    Diamonizer® GT particles modify the surface of the softer gear.  Super small carbon ceramic particles will be  embedded into the softer gear surface by harder gear.  This surface modification will produce a composite surface, that will have a slippery surface and better wear resistance (due to a very low coefficient of friction of carbon ceramic), there is a  reduction in friction, increased gear life and improvement in transmission efficiency.

GT  will enhance your gear transmission performance and deliver continous improvement in the following ways:

·     Reduce wear and operating temperature in gear boxes resulting from friction.

·     Carbon ceramic particles in GT will not break down with time, and will not damage seals.

·     GT can be used in gear transmission components (gear boxes, manual gear shift automotive transmissions and in any gear transmission which has      two or more gears transmitting the power). 

·     Use 1 part of GTwith 10 parts of your favorite gear lubricant.  GT can be added to the transmission at any time.  Please make sure not to overfill the     oil system while adding GT.  Remove some of the existing lubricant from the transmission oil system and add an equivalent amount of GT to avoid     overfilling the oil system.

·     Maintain a regular oil change schedule as recommended by the transmission component manufacturer.

Please  operate your transmission component for approximately 20 minutes after adding GT to make sure that it is mixed thoroughly with your favorite gear lubricant.

3.Diamonizer® Product Code CL is specifically formulated to quickly enhance chain transmission performance and increase life expectancy when used on a consistent basis.

The Product CL Working Concept
 

Ceramic particles are suspended in a oil base that universally compatible with mineral or synthetic based chain lubricants.  The oil base acts as a delivery media to deliver CL’s ceramic particles within the chain components.  When the CL nanometer size carbon ceramic particles are suspended in the chain lubricant they penetrate the clearances of the chain components and act as ball bearings thus reducing internal chain friction and therefore chain wear.  CL also increases load bearing capability of the chain and reduces its operating temperature.

·  Compatible with all types of chain transmission lubricants, Product CL is easy to use. 

·  Carbon ceramic particles in Product CL will not break down with time.  It can be used alone or mixed with your favorite chain lubricant. 

·  Product CL can be used in chain transmission or as a mist lubricant in open chain transmissions or in similar applications.   Product CL is    available as concentrate (to be mixed 1 part of Product CL with ten parts of your favorite chain lubricant) or as ready to use lubricant.

4.Diamonizer® Product Code HS is specifically formulated to quickly enhance the Hydraulic Systems performance and increase life expectancy when used on a consistent basis.

The Product HS Working Concept

These rounded carbon ceramic particles are suspended in a universally compatible hydraulic oil base (compatible with any type of your favorite hydraulic oil: mineral or synthetic).  The oil base acts as a delivery media to deliver HS’s ceramic particles to the hydraulic system’s components.  Diamonizer® product HS will not have a negative effect on sealing components.

Nanometer size rounded carbon ceramic particles are embedded where two hard surfaces rub against each other thus reducing internal friction (the friction between carbon ceramic and metal is, at a minimum, 20% lower than between two metals) and extending hydraulic system component life.  Diamonizer® carbon ceramic particles also improve the heat transfer and the load bearing capability of the hydraulic oil resulting in lower operating temperature and lower power consumption.

Typically Hydraulic Systems components cycle intensively throughout the day.  Diamonizer® rounded carbon ceramic particles (whether embedded into surfaces or suspended in hydraulic oil) will reduce hydraulic motor componets wear, prevent sticking and freezing of the operational valve spools, reduce break-away force and help to minimize/eliminate the boundary lubrication period by improving oil performance.

The Product C-A Working Concept
 

These ceramic particles are suspended in a universally compatible compressor oil base (compatible with any type of your favorite air compressor oil: mineral or synthetic).  The oil base acts as a delivery media to deliver CA’s ceramic particles to the compressor’s parts lubricated by the compressor’s oil system.

Nanometer size carbon ceramic particles are embedded into the friction surfaces of the compressor thus reducing internal friction (the friction between carbon ceramic and metal is, at a minimum, 20% lower than between two metals) and extending compressor life.  They also improve the heat transfer and load bearing capability of the compressor oil resulting in lower operating temperature and lower power consumption.

6.Diamonizer® Product Code BL is specifically formulated to improve performance and increase the life expectancy of all types of bearings and sliding components. 

The Product BL Working Concept 

These rounded carbon ceramic particles are suspended in a bearing grease (it can be standard bearing grease or a custom formulation with your favorite product).  Diamonizer® ceramic particles act as super small balls within the bearing lubricant base prolonging bearing life by reducing friction and wear.  Product BL also helps to prevent seizing and freezing of sliding and rolling components.  Diamonizer® product BL will not have a negative effect on sealing components.

Depending on the material of the bearing’s friction surfaces the nanometer size rounded carbon ceramic particles may be embedded in one of two friction surfaces rubing against each other (the friction between carbon ceramic and metal is, at a minimum, 20% lower than between two metals) or stay loose in the grease working as super small rounded balls between friction surfaces.   They also improve the heat transfer and load bearing capability resulting in lower operating temperature and lower power consumption.

·  Compatible with most types of bearing grease, Product BL is easy to use. 

·  Rounded carbon ceramic particles in Product BL will not break down with time.  It can be used along with your favorite mineral or synthetic    bearing grease.
